I ain’t saying its the best, but its the numero uno blog as its my first Hello everyone its Jake at Click Radio! Its been a hectic first week, four shows so far and I’ve managed to mess up already. Instead of playing the news I just played a little bit of music and had to tell the news myself. As we all know real news is dead boring, so instead I told of a zombie invasion!

Scary, huh? Well not as scary as sitting in the SU tonight watching the Liverpool vs Birmingham game, how the Mighty Reds didn’t win I don’t know.

I suppose I’d better introduce myself formally. My name is Jake Mitchell and I’m a first year Law student. I know what you’re thinking though and no I’m not an ambulance chasing parasite. I’m a music loving, football playing, beer drinking Jack the Lad (or perhaps it should be Jake the Lad). Although my enjoyment of pink clothing can raise the odd eyebrow, as it did when Jonathan Denby copped an eyefull of my lovely pink polo today

If you want to listen to my show (and lets face it, you should, I’m awesome) you can do. I’m on the air 9am Monday morning, I promise its worth getting up for, a great mix of me jabbering on, music, my lovely sarcastic Yorkshire tone and more music. If of course you don’t fancy getting up at 9, catch me again 2 till 4 on Thursday afternoons where I’ll be bringing you the same as a Monday morning but a double dose. It might even include some adverts about going to Fiji!
